Paul Dolick

Paul Dolick is an architectural designer, educator, and founding partner of Ettedgui—Dolick, an architectural design and research practice based in Oak Park, IL.

Paul aims to bridge the gap between academia and progressively-minded professional practice with projects that focus on public space and the adaptive reuse of existing buildings and infrastructure.

After eight years of working in professional offices including Studio Gang (Chicago), MVRDV (Rotterdam), and Kongats Architects (Toronto), Paul began teaching architectural design studios at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. He has taught at the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of Manitoba, and most recently, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC-AIADO).

Paul holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Architecture with Distinction from the University of Manitoba, where he received the Mel P. Michener Fellowship and the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) Scholarship.
