Sunday May 5th, 10am - 1pm
The Registry Of Figure Models And Artists is conducting a Paired Figure Model Workshop at the Oak Park Art League on Sunday, May 5th, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. This will take the place of the usual "Sunday Figure Drawing Non-Instructional With Model" session.
Come prepared to draw pairs of figure models as they work together to create and practice interesting, sustainable gestures. Model pairs will also be taking ideas from the artists in the room, so come ready to ask for what you want to see!
Work on your figure-drawing skills at your own self-directed pace! Our facilitator sets up, lights and directs the model.
Easels, horses, boards are provided for use during the session. Because of the size of this workshop, we advise those signing up to come with a sketchbook that could be used in your lap on a chair in case provided supplies runs out.
Bring your own materials - whatever you want to work with, charcoal, pencils, pastels, paint, ipad, modeling clay, etc.
Open to adults only, must be at least 18 yrs. old to register and attend.
To give attendees enough room to work and keep a sociable distance, studio capacity for registrants is set at 14
