Explore the almost endless possibilities printing with gel plates and the techniques and tools you can use to create beautiful monotypes and layered pieces of art.

We will make prints on found, decorative and deli papers to make collage pieces, and Jackie will demonstrate different types of masking, mark making, opaque and transparent printing, and the different effects you can get from each pulled print using various sizes of gel plates.

Take advantage of having all of the tools and materials at your disposal to experiment using this method of creating monotypes.

There is a material list for participants to bring and the instructor will provide all of the tools associated with printing, along with a bunch of found and decorative papers to share.
