Dear Members and Friends, Happy New Year from OPAL staff and board! Stepping into the new year can feel unsettling, overwhelming, in some ways daunting or maybe just like more of the same, but even so, we are choosing to be hopeful and celebrate 2025 in a few ways while looking forward to creating exciting exhibitions and studio experiences in the coming year. Acknowledging that we are all UNDER CONSTRUCTION, and will remain open while the work is being done; we welcome the year with a call for artwork addressing the varied meanings of “under construction”, unfinished works are welcome, (#wip) works in progress that may illuminate the process of creating. Phoebe has been working diligently to get our classes online sooner and make them available to register earlier. You can find Winter 1 and 2 Sessions and more about our new courses and instructors we are so excited to offer. Sunday Jan 5, 10am - 1pm.
